Listings, bookings, and classes

Sellers and teachers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for delivering the products, services, or classes they offer. Buyers and students are responsible for reviewing details before completing a purchase or booking.

Payments

Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. By making a transaction you authorize the applicable charges. Fees, where they apply, are disclosed at the time of purchase.

Intellectual property

The NepalBoss platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NepalBoss is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to these Terms
